Delivery Options
Standard Courier (Tracked): Delivery within 1–3 working days nationwide.
Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 1–2 working days for rural areas. A $5.70 surcharge applies.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM (NZT) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking and basic insurance coverage for your peace of mind.
You can track your parcel via the courier link sent in your order confirmation email.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details.
